1. Customized Products Policy

All products sold on HESHARO are customized and made-to-order.
Therefore:

❌ No returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong name/number entered by customer
  • Change of mind after order placement

2. Eligible for Replacement/Refund

We only offer replacement/refund if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

📌 Customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue

3. Time Frame

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to original payment method within 5–7 working days

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
