For selected customized products, we may share a design preview before production. If preview approval is required, production will start only after your confirmation.

What materials are used in Hesharo products?

We mainly use high-quality MDF wood, acrylic, printed sheets, magnets, and other durable materials depending on the product type. Each product page mentions the specific material details.

How long does it take to make a customized product?

Most customized products take around 2–5 working days to prepare. The exact time may vary depending on product complexity, order quantity, and current workload.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and courier service availability. Usually, orders are delivered within 4–8 working days after dispatch.

Can I cancel my customized order?

Customized orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once the product has entered the making or printing process, cancellation may not be possible.

Can I return or exchange a customized product?

Customized products are made specially for you, so they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help you with a suitable solution.
